Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

Who we are
Verum Growth (“we”, “us”) is a LinkedIn advertising agency based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We are the controller of the personal information described below.
If you have a question about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights set out in it, email us at hello@verumgrowth.com.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you get in touch, we collect the details you type into the form — your name, your work email address, your company, and anything you write in a message field. We do not ask for payment details on this website.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records basic technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages you looked at and the time you did. This keeps the site running and secure.
We also record how you arrived. If you clicked one of our ads, the link carries a campaign identifier, and we store it with your enquiry so we know which campaign it came from. It tells us about the ad, not about you personally.
Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies in the three categories below. We have described them by what they do rather than by naming every tool, because the tools change and the purposes do not.
Strictly necessary
Always active. These keep the site up, keep it secure, protect the contact form from automated abuse, and remember your preferences. The site does not work properly without them.
Analytics
These tell us how people find the site and what they do once they are here — which pages get read, where visitors come from, where they leave. We use Google Analytics 4 for this. We look at it in aggregate; we are not interested in following one person around.
Advertising and measurement
We advertise, mainly on LinkedIn. These technologies connect an enquiry back to the ad that produced it, so we can tell what is worth paying for, and they let us show ads to people who have visited before or stop showing them to people who have already been in touch. This covers:
- the LinkedIn Insight Tag and LinkedIn conversion tracking;
- Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing;
- the Meta Pixel and comparable tools on other advertising platforms.
Each of those companies is a separate controller of what it collects through its own tag, and its own privacy policy governs that.
If we adopt another tool that serves one of these three purposes, it falls into the category above it and this policy already covers it. We will not use your information for a purpose that is not described here without telling you first.
Your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies without breaking the site. You can also turn off ad personalisation directly with the platforms — in your LinkedIn advertising settings, your Google ad settings, or your Meta ad preferences. Those controls sit with them and apply everywhere, not just here.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you and send what you asked for. Because you asked us to — that is the contract, or your consent.
- To follow up about our services. Because we have a legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. You can tell us to stop at any time and we will.
- To measure and improve our advertising. Because we have a legitimate interest in knowing which advertising works, or your consent where the law requires it.
- To keep the website working and secure. Because we have a legitimate interest in it not falling over or being abused.
We do not sell your information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you downloaded a guide, and we do not pass your details to anyone else to market to you.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers we need to run the business, and only so they can provide their service to us:
- our website host and the network in front of it;
- the service that delivers your enquiry to us, and the email provider that carries it;
- the customer relationship and email tools we use to keep track of enquiries and reply to them;
- the analytics and advertising platforms described above;
- if you become a client, the tools we use to run and report on your advertising.
Each is bound to protect your information and may not use it for its own purposes, except the advertising platforms named above, which act as controllers in their own right.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where your information goes
Our suppliers may store data outside the United Arab Emirates, including in the European Union and the United States. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients: up to two years, then deleted. Client records: for the length of the engagement and then as long as tax and company law requires. Analytics and advertising data: for the retention period the platform sets, which is typically between two and twenty-six months. You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict what we do with it, hand it over in a portable format, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent at any time, and object to your information being used for direct marketing — that one is absolute, and we will always honour it.
Email hello@verumgrowth.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This is a business-to-business website. It is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If we change it we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell anyone who has given us their email address.
