Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Verum Growth, of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

Using the site

You may read the site and download anything we offer for free. You may not:

  • copy, republish or resell our content as your own;
  • scrape or harvest the site automatically;
  • try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it;
  • use it for anything unlawful.

What we do not promise

Any figures on this website — costs, conversion rates, growth ranges, timelines — are typical ranges drawn from published industry research and our own experience. They are illustrations, not forecasts and not guarantees. Advertising results depend on your market, your offer, your budget, your follow-up and an auction none of us controls.

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our content

The text, design, graphics and downloadable material on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may quote short extracts with credit and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.

LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of LinkedIn Corporation. We refer to the platform only to describe the service we provide.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, it is because we think it is useful. We are not responsible for what those sites do or say.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business or lost data arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, which cannot be limited by law.

Client work

These terms cover the website only. If you engage us to run advertising, that relationship is governed by a separate written agreement covering fees, notice, account ownership and everything else. Where the two conflict, the signed agreement wins.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
